Rules for submission and inclusion of free ads on this page
Ads must be submitted to the Blackmoor website committee, (link to email is
below),at Blackmoorpoa@yahoo.com.. No ad requests sent to committee members
shall be considered.
Ads must be from a Blackmoor homeowner for their personal property and be
submitted in thirty (30) words or less. Ads must include either an e-mail address or a
phone number or both.
Ads must be for items offered for sale or loan or for requests to buy or borrow
items.
Ads may not be of a commercial nature. Examples: multiple offerings of the
same item or offerings of crafted goods by individuals.
Ads will be dated and run for approximately two weeks before being removed
unless the homeowner requests and extension of publication. Ads will be placed in
order of posting, with the oldest at the bottom and the newest at the top.
The Website Committee requests that if an item is sold or loaned, an e-mail
should be sent notifying the committee.
Acceptability of ads and formatting shall be determined by the Web Site
Committee.
The Website Committee offers this Sale or Loan page to Blackmoor property
owners. Neither the Website Committee nor the Blackmoor Homeowners
Association offer any guarantees and do not assume liability for items listed herein.
